Destination Wedding Planning
Destination wedding planning begins with the bride and groom. Our planners can help you focus and select the destination and the resort of your choice. The size of the wedding party and the wedding arrangements can help narrow the choices. This is the most important step and may take some thought before everything is final
Finalizing the Wedding Venue
The wedding planner then assists the couple in selecting the honeymoon suite and making the deposit to hold the suite. Next, the couple review the resort room categories and determines the number of rooms to reserve for wedding guests. At the same time the invitation list is developed and with the wedding planner, Email invitations are sent to prospective wedding guests along with room prices and dates..
The couple is introduced to the wedding coordinator. Depending on the resort an initial deposit for the wedding may be required. The wedding coordinator presents the couple with the shopping list for the amenities available for the wedding.
Making the Reservations for the Wedding Guests
The wedding planner works with the list of prospective wedding guests and makes room reservations for the wedding party. During this process the resort may set deadlines to adjust the room block as necessary prior to finalizing the attendee list.
The wedding couple reviews the shopping list for the wedding and begins to select the bride dress, flowers, etc. The wedding couple is informed about the number of attendees but can relax until the final attendee count is made.
Finalizing the Wedding Event
About three months before the event, the couple receive the final attendee list and count. Then about one month before the event, the wedding coordinator and the couple make their final wedding event plans and finalize the budget. The wedding coordinator and the couple arrange payment for the events. The event is set and all that awaits is to begin.
