The Leisure Travel Shop is always looking for a person to organize and plan a group. We call this a Group Promoter. This person does not lead the group but help to advertise, coordinate, and encourage others to join the group. Each vendor has a minumum number of people, cabins or rooms required to be a group. If the requirements are met, the group promoter often qualifies for free travel.
Another key person for a group may be the Group Leader. This is a person that joins the group as a leader. He often is the tour guide and organizer during the group travel. He or she is in charge of the details and helps make the local arrangements. This posiiton can also result in free travel based on the group needs.
Group travel is defined normally by a vendor. Sometimes it is ten (10) or more people and sometimes it is ten or more rooms or cabins all purchased at the same time from the Leiue Travel Shop.
